Human
Human heroes, although percieved as mundane by other races, are the most well-rounded and diverse among the playable heroes of Etheria. They can advance to all specializations except Shaman, Deathknight, and Runemaster.

High Elf
The proud and noble high elf heroes strength lies not in her sword-arm, but in her quickness with the bow and magical arts. High Elf heroes can specialize in the following: Fighters, Paladin, Healer, Archmage, Alchemist, and Icemage.

Minotaur Hero
Minotaurs may not be the most intelligent race but what they lack in brains, they more than make up for in brute strength. Minotaur heroes are offered the following specialties: Fighters, Barbarians, Assassins, and Shamans.

Dwarf Hero
Dwarves, much like their Dark Dwarf brethren, are a hardy race. Dwarf heroes can specialize in the following: Fighters, Merchants, and Runemasters.

Fey Hero
Fey heroes are weak but make good leaders. The following specialities are available to them: Thief, Bard, Healer, Archmage, Alchemist, Illusionist & Ice Mage.

Daemon Hero
Daemon heroes can become some of the most fearsome warriors. The following specialities are available to them: Fighter, Deathknight, Assassin, Pyromancer & Summoner.

Dark Dwarf Hero
Dark Dwarf heroes are cunning but cowardly. The following specialities are available to them: Fighter, Assassin, Merchant & Runemaster.
